Mr. Kelso also provides representation for personal injuries arising from intentionally caused injuries, such as adultery (criminal conversation), alienation of affections, assaults, battery, domestic violence, impaired driving, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful death. 

Fees: 

Attorney's fees in personal injury case are generally based on a contingent fee, meaning if there is no recovery for the client, then the client owes no fee.

When there is a recovery, Mr. Kelso charges 30% of the amount recovered in an out of court settlement, or 35% of the amount recovered if the claim must be filed in court. The out-of-pocket expenses and court costs are generally collected from the client's portion of the recovery. The goal in every personal injury case is to help the client otain her or his legal objectives as quickly as possible with honesty and integrity.
